Dongguan ShuangYi Electronic Technology Manufacturing co., LTD founded in 2014, which is a connecter and wire harness manufacturer set research and development, production, marketing as one. We can develop and processing various hardware and plastic mould of connectors independently. Moreover, we can design and assembling automatic machine autonomously. Our main products are SAS cable, SATA cable,SATA series, ESATA series, USB series , MIRCO-B series, TYPE-C adapter ,HDMI series, wire to board connectors as well as quick terminals and so on. Which are widely used for computers, communications, medical and electrical equipment.
Our company passed the ISO9001:2008 when we established, at the beginning of 2016, we passed the ISO14001:2004. And also became the SATA Membership at the same time..
We have our own independent mould development base and work shop, our factory occupied area of 6000 square meters, which have 156 workers and outfitted with 18 production lines, including 10 sets of precision high-speed punching machines, 15 sets of precision injection molding machines, 30 sets of automatic assembly machines, self-developed automatic connectors and cable assembly machines. With the strong support of these equipment, we can turn out 1 million cables and 30 million connectors monthly.
